Cheam First Nation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives and contribute to the overall alignment and success between CFN’s culture, values, and its community. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven delivery record of full-range human resource services to support both employees, managers, and executives. The HR Manager will be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving talent acquisition and development. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, while tracking the overall employee life-cycle.

Cheam determines an individual’s pay based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team. The compensation range for this role is $60,000 – 70,000.
