Cheam Members:

We would like to keep our Membership database updated with current contact information. Please forward us the following information:

• Full name of all Cheam Members residing in your house
• Each Member's status number
• Street address and, if different, mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address

If you or a dependant have become a Cheam Member since January 1, 2020, please forward us a copy of the letter you received from Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) for our records.
