Housing Department

The Housing Department strives to provide safe and sustainable housing for Cheam Members.

• Assist in Community planning and development in new residential housing construction, home renovations for rentals, social housing and privately owned residences.
• Access funding programs to benefit both Cheam housing programs and on-reserve privately owned residences.
• Implement an efficient maintenance program to meet annual needs within budgetary constraints.
